What a tour looks like
The room your child would join
You walk through the classroom while children are in it. You see the shelves, the play areas, and the outdoor space. You get a feel for an ordinary day, not a performance.
The teachers
You meet the teacher who runs the room. Ask how the morning flows and what happens at drop-off. Ask how the first weeks work when a child is new.
Your questions
You ask about hours, snacks, pickups, and tuition. Write your questions down before you come. If we don't know an answer right then, we follow up with you.
Before you come
A visit works best when your child comes along. Plan to bring your child. Seeing the room, meeting the teacher, and watching your child move through the space will tell you more than any folder can. We serve children from ages 3 to 5, and our classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a. m. to 11:30 a. m.
Ask how the day is paced and how pickup works. Ask what happens at snack time and rest. Ask how teachers handle the first weeks and how you hear about your child's day. Ask what happens if your child gets sick.
